Insert head pin into sun bead and pull through, bend wire 45 degrees with pliers, use needle-nose pliers to create a loop around hoop, wrap around excess wire and trim. Attach a jump ring to loop and add ear wire, close jump ring, add a 6mm melon bead and seed bead to head pin and make a loop as before, attach to hoop and wrap end of wire around twice and trim off excess. Repeat.
-View instructions for the first two projects before beginning your necklace.
-Construct hoops as in bracelet instructions.
-String remaining sun beads with wire and make loops on each end, then attach to chain lengths.
-For pendant, string beads as pictured, using remaining beads, and supplies attach to hoop with jump rings.
About Marta Weaver:
I LOVE DESIGNING JEWELRY FOR YOU and doing so is a way for me to nurture and rejuvenate my spirit. When I step into my studio I am able to design pieces from my heart and that is where my creations are born. Each one of my pieces tells a story that you can wear. My college-aged son Zach and I are now collaborating together. He designs amazing precious metal, kiln-fired pendants used in many of my pieces.
My designs are continually inspired by my faith, family and surroundings here in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. I'm happily married to my guy for nearly 30 yrs, a BUSY mom of 7 children (3 grown, 4 adopted) and a homeschool teacher. This business helps feed, homeschool, and support my family, and our dogs Raleigh and Wrigley
